Rob van Dijk

I am an experienced and driven consultant who finds great satisfaction in helping organisations and individuals grow together. In my work, I like to combine this with data and analysis, driven by the belief that scientific research is essential to defining the right strategic direction and successfully implementing it. I have a passion for innovation and aim to incorporate it into my assignments wherever possible.

My background in organisational psychology and IT helps me bring together the hard and soft sides of HR. As a consultant and project manager, I work on challenges relating to people analytics and talent strategy. What defines me is my drive to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Continuously exploring new possibilities and working together to achieve progress are central to my approach. I bring both expertise and the ability to turn plans into action.

Clients value my analytical and critical perspective, combined with a people-centred approach. I challenge ideas constructively, address what needs to be said and enjoy working closely alongside clients to make progress possible.

Before joining Bright & Company, I worked at Deloitte, FCTB and LTP, among others. Over the years, I have worked as a consultant and project manager for large organisations in both the public and private sectors.
Outside work, I am the father of two daughters and a son. I am also a passionate musician and film enthusiast.
