What we believe in and how we work
We believe in a world where people and organisations strengthen one another. A world where work contributes not only to results, but also to wellbeing, development and social progress.
The challenges we work on lie at the intersection of strategy, people and organisation. Sometimes we inspire, sometimes we research and design, and sometimes we guide change. And when needed, we step into an organisation temporarily to take responsibility from within and deliver results.
We always consider what is needed to move forward. No fixed formula and no extensive programmes when a targeted intervention would be more effective, but tailored solutions that fit the organisation and the circumstances.

Bright through the years
Since 2005, Bright & Company has been one of the few consultancies specialising in strategic challenges relating to people, work and organisations.
And we remain just as curious about the same question: how can organisations succeed by creating an environment in which people can thrive? The world has changed, our profession has evolved, and we have evolved with it. Our perspective has broadened, the challenges have become more complex, and our role has increasingly expanded to that of consultant, designer and partner in implementation.
What has remained unchanged? Our passion for our profession, our curiosity about what is possible and our ambition to make a difference together with our clients.
