Responding to a changing environment from a position of strength

The environment in which organisations operate is constantly changing. Markets are evolving, new competitors are emerging, and customer needs are developing rapidly. The challenge is to respond proactively and appropriately. This requires managers and employees who are capable of adapting to change.

The Contextual Process Management (CPM) conceptual model, which has its origins in psychoanalysis, helps organisations strengthen this capacity for change. It encourages ways of thinking and acting that foster autonomy, creativity and inspiration. As a result, organisations become more agile and effective, while people are better equipped to act from a position of strength in a changing environment. This also increases their impact, both within the organisation and externally, for example in their interactions with customers.
