I guide change in individuals, teams and organisations. Originally trained as an organisational psychologist, I have many years of experience in HR and change management, having worked on both sides of the table: as a consultant and as an HR leader within organisations.
For ten years, I held a senior HR role at Ziggo. This gave me first-hand insight into the challenges and dynamics of being an HR Director in a large organisation. In this role, I worked on implementing HR strategy, organisational culture, strategic workforce planning and change initiatives: areas that directly influence the perspectives and behaviour of managers and employees.
I thrive on complex challenges. I distill information down to its essence, identify connections that are not immediately apparent and use these insights to drive change and improvement. One of my guiding principles is to restore a ‘healthy, dynamic balance’. I approach this with energy, a sharp perspective and a clear focus on results.
As a consultant, I focus on HR strategy and strategic workforce planning. As a facilitator, I support organisations and teams through change. And as a coach, I guide individuals and teams in their development. I bring calm and confidence, while also being prepared to challenge and take the steps needed to achieve progress and gain valuable insights.
Outside work, I am the father of three daughters. I enjoy sports and spending time in nature.
